I’ve spent the last 20 years hating being Slim Thick, Cutie with a Booty, and Booty and Stomach; Yes, all these things were actually said to me! 🥲

In 2022 I decided to do something about it! I used the 80/20 rule (80% is Diet and 20% is exercise) and lost 30lbs and 9% body fat in 5 months!🤯

Now I’m on a fat loss journey to get my dream body and want to share everything I am learning with you!
