  • You don’t have to follow these recipes to a T. Adjust them to meet your protein or fat macros. Use them as guides, but just keep the base ingredients 
  • Read the comments section to get even more out of the recipes

  • Different protein powders garner different results, adjust as needed and don’t give up if it comes out weird. A lot of the recipes that don’t appear in this list are because they just don’t work with whey very well 
  • So many of these creators have recipe books that they update frequently even after you buy it. These are great investments if you like the recipes of one particular Creator.

My mom gifted mine from Aldi so definitely check out their home & kitchen section, during the fall and holidays.

They are always available on Amazon or at Stores like Walmart and Target.


Can you use plant based or vegan protein powder with these Macro-friendly dessert?

Yes and No.

 Whey protein tends to make things dryer unless you even it out with something like Greek yogurt. 

Plant based protein powders lack the flavor and stability of a lot of other protein options. 

Casein blends are the best for baking and cooking. 

I personally only use whey and whey blends and have adjusted the recipes to count for dryness by adding moisteners like greek yogurt, pumpkin, and applesauce.
